Old Stone Restoration & Installation is a New York corporation located in Suffolk County, Long Island. Family-owned and operated since 1990, we have been servicing the tri-state area for nearly thirty years.
We started our company in our county as a DBA under the name of Sunrise Ceramic Tile & Marble, offering our services to surrounding communities, including the installation and polishing of various natural and man-made stone-type materials such as ceramic tile, marble, polish concrete, terrazzo, epoxy floors and so on.
As our company improved, our customer base grew over the years and we changed our company structure from DBA to corporation in 2003. The decision to change our company name from Sunrise Ceramic Tile & Marble to Old Stone Restoration & Installation didn’t come to us till later in the year. The need for changing the company name wasn’t noticeable to us since we mainly worked with a referral base of residential clients in our surrounding counties.
As we started doing more work for commercial clients and traveling longer distances in the tri-state area, it was clear that our company name wasn’t reflecting the restoration part of our services. However, in July of 2005, we decided to change the company name to Old Stone Restoration & Installation Corp. to properly reflect the restoration aspect of our company.
After doing various restoration projects, working with different types of materials ranging from marbles to granite and polished concrete to terrazzo floors for nearly thirty five years in the Long Island metro area, we can assure you that we have built our knowledge and experience to achieve the best results possible for your upcoming stone restoration project. Whether it is commercial granite, polished concrete, terrazzo or epoxy floors, or just a residential marble countertop that needs refinishing, we are confident that we will become your first choice of contractor in the field of stone restoration work.
At Old Stone Restoration & Installation, we always work harder to produce a truly good finish to impress even the most discerning customer. To ensure we can meet our customers’ expectations, our employees go through in-depth training to relearn the trade and do the work our way, regardless of their skill level.
