What can you do to help protect any natural stone surfaces at your home?

First let’s try to understand what causes natural stone to lose its shine.

Two main reasons; one Dust & grits and two are the Wrong cleaning products & practices.

The dust & grits carried with foot traffic will put micro scratches over your natural stone surface, and pushing & dragging things cross the surface will makes the matter worse.

If not all, but the most natural stones around your home are acid sensitive materials.

Cleaning your natural stones with acidic cleaners will cause a chemical reaction within the natural minerals of your stone. And the end-results cleaning with those types of products are the pitted, etched, dulled and stained looking natural stone surface.

Besides cleaning your natural stone with the right cleaners, how you clean your natural stone will makes the different.
